Learn management techniques and systems to smooth out your project as well as job site strategies to keep the mess and the stress a minimum. Learn to identify quality markers for each trade during the different phases of your project. Each Workshop will be a combination of instruction, class room discussion based on participants’ projects and hands on processes to get your project started right.
